With the success of their original machine the company changed into a manufacturer of not just tooling but also manufacturer of machine tools changing the name of the company to Rollomatic. They dove into the CNC market in 1985 by creating their first CNC tool and cutter grinder with a positioning system. To add diversity to Rollomatic’s product line in 1992 they developed their own CNC cylindrical grinder to shape outside diameters of turned cylinders. With success came expansion as Rollomatic set up an office in Chicago, Illinois United States in early 1994.
